Are the jewelry pieces waterproof?

Our jewelry is made from high-quality stainless steel and remains beautiful with everyday wear. However, we recommend avoiding contact with water, perfume, soap, or cleaning agents as much as possible to extend the lifespan of your jewelry.

How should I take care of my jewelry?

Store your jewelry in a dry place, preferably in a jewelry box or pouch. Avoid contact with chemicals and do not wear your jewelry while exercising or sleeping.

Do you offer warranty on the jewelry?

Yes, most pieces come with a standard 1-month warranty. For stainless steel jewelry, we offer a 6-month warranty against discoloration. Please see our Return Policy for full details.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship to the Netherlands and Belgium. On Bonaire, our collection is available through selected sales points.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. Orders above €100 qualify for free shipping.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

Yes, you have 14 days to return your order, provided the product is unused and in its original condition.

Which products cannot be returned?

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty upon arrival.

How long does it take to get my money back?

We process refunds within 8 business days after receiving your return. Please allow extra processing time from your bank or credit card company.
